After signing in to VideoYo, select Audio Descriptions from the menu on the left. Here, you'll see all of your company's Audio Description (standard) and Extended Audio Description (extended) jobs.
Audio Descriptions
Audio
Descriptions only (WAV) - Just the spoken descriptions, with silence between cues. Useful as a stand-alone AD track.
SAP mix (WAV) - Program audio and descriptions mixed together, with program audio ducked while narration plays.
Video
Video with dual audio (MP4) - Original video carrying two audio tracks: program (default) and SAP (descriptive).
Video with SAP audio (MP4) - Original video where the only audio track is the SAP mix (original audio and AD audio combined).
VTT
VTT - Text file of the audio descriptions for download.
Extended Audio Descriptions
Audio
Descriptions (WAV) - The spoken descriptions that play during freeze frames in the extended video.
Video
Extended video (MP4) - Original video with freeze-frame pauses added so narration never overlaps speech.
VTT
VTT - Text file of the audio descriptions for download.
Downloading Files
Clicking on an option as described above will open a new tab or page and play or display the item chosen. Right click or use the three dot menu to download the file to your computer. For VTT, copy and paste the information into a document for archive purposes.
