CASTUS customers with C4 or C8 Support Contracts receive annual virtual training sessions via Zoom, with additional sessions provided for new service or hardware purchases and recordings available upon request.

Customers with a C4 or C8 Support Contract can participate in annual training sessions led by our expert training team. These 1-hour sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom. With your consent, our training staff will record the session and provide it to you afterward, allowing you to review it or share it with team members who could not attend.
Included with Service or Hardware Purchase
When you purchase any of the services or hardware listed below, you will receive extra training sessions to familiarize yourself with the product or service. These sessions are separate from the annual trainings included in your support contract.

Additional Annual Training
